As an executive Coach, Mary has worked with the CEO of a family owned Food and Beverage company and his executive team challenged by changing market demands. She worked with the team to improve decision making protocols and interpersonal conflict resolution among team members. She led individual and team engagements for a large energy firm, including the CEO and his team, the Chief General Counsel, the CHRO and her team, a newly formed internal change team tasked with radically shifting long standing organizational culture, and leadership teams within the Finance group. She coached a regional VP of global NGO as she worked to develop organizational talent systems, increase her communication skills to better represent strengths, and balance work and family demands.
